1.     Cheeseburger Grilled Cheese









Ingredients:

1 tbsp. yellow mustard

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1tsp. garlic powder

1 lb. ground beef

1 chopped onion

1 sliced tomato

2 tbsp. butter

2 c. shredded cheddar

4 sliced sourdough bread

6 pickle slices

Ketchup for the drizzling

Freshly ground black pepper

Kosher salt

Directions:





Heat the
oil at over medium heat in a large skillet. Add some onion and cook for 5
minutes. After adding beef cook until it turns to pink. To drain fat cook
for 5 minutes more.
Combine
the mixture of garlic powder, Worcestershire, mustard to beef and season
with pepper and salt.
Assemble
the sandwich: Butter the outsides of the bread.
To skillet, add one slice of bread buttered side down and top with ½ cup
cheddar. Half the cheeseburger mixture and to ketchup, add drizzle, tomato
and pickle slices. Before you sandwich with another slice of bread and
buttered side up, top with ½ cup more cheddar.
To make a
second sandwich repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients.
Until the
bread is golden and the cheese is melty, cook the sandwiches for 5
minutes. Now it is ready for serving.

2.     BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwiches








Ingredients:

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 rotisserie chicken, (shredded and deboned)

1 ½ large red onion, ½ finely diced and 1 thinly sliced

½ c. ketchup

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

2 cloves grated garlic

2 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. salted butter

4 sandwich buns

Kosher salt

Bread and butter pickles

Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:





Preheat oven
to 350º. Combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, diced
onion and garlic in a large bowl. Cook onion for 2 minutes and stir
occasionally until it is softened.
Before
adding Dijon mustard and brown sugar and bring to boil, season it with
salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes. After that fold in shredded chicken
and Until the chicken is warmed through, stir it.
Place the
sandwich buns on a sheet pan in the meanwhile. Until they turn to golden
brown, butter each toast and bun lightly.
Before you
add pickles and sliced onion, spoon chicken on a toasted sandwich bun.

3.     Huevos Rancheros Sandwich









Ingredients:

1 raw almond (chopped)

½ whole cloves

½ water

¾ c. brown or piloncillo sugar

4 cinnamon sticks

Peel of an orange

Directions:





To make
the syrup “chop the brown sugar to break it up if you are using.” Mix all
the ingredients in a tiny pot and boil for 6 minutes until the liquid is
decreased. After removing from the heat, place it into a heatproof jar to
make it cool.
Use a cup
of coffee as you desired.
Add chili
powder to mix with refried beans and olive oil to make the sandwich and
spread on both sides of the roll.
To bottom
roll, top with bacon and avocado and add a fried egg. On the top, spoon a
little of the hot sauce and garnish with cilantro.

4.     Maple Bourbon Chicken & Waffle Sandwich









Ingredients:

For the fried chicken

1 tsp. paprika

1 tbsp. Hot sauce

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1 c. buttermilk

1 lb. sliced in half chicken cutlets

2 tsp. garlic powder

Freshly ground black pepper

kosher salt

Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the waffles

1 c. milk

½ c. baking soda

½ c all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. honey

2 boxes cornbread (mix)

3 large eggs, yolks and whites separated

4 tbsp. melted butter.

For the maple bourbon syrup

2 oz. bourbon whiskey

3 tbsp. butter

8 oz. pure maple syrup

Directions:





Preheat
the waffle iron to make the waffles. After whisking egg whites to soft
peaks, set it aside. Whisk together all other waffle ingredients and after
that fold them in the egg whites. Use a 1/3 to ½ cup measure to pour
batter onto hot iron, depending on your waffle iron. Until crispy and
browned, cook it.
With a few
dashes of hot sauce, marinate the chicken in buttermilk in a bowl to fry
the chicken. Mix the garlic powder with flour and paprika and season with
salt and pepper in a large bowl. You must dredge the chicken in the flour.
Add one inch of oil and fry chicken cutlets in a pan over medium-high
heat. After it turned to a golden brown, remove to a paper towel to drain.
Add the
maple syrup and bourbon in a tiny saucepan to make the syrup. To burn off
alcohol and decrease liquid, heat on medium-high heat. After removing from
the heat, whisk in the butter. Before serving, let cool to room
temperature or maybe slightly warm.
To
assemble the sandwiches, in between two waffles place a piece of fried
chicken and top with bourbon sauce.

5.     French Toast Ham and Cheese Sandwiches








Ingredients:

To make French toast

1 tbsp. sugar

½ c. whole milk

3 eggs (large)

4 thick slice Brioche

Pinch of kosher salt

Clarified butter

Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg

To make the sandwich

1 c. finely grated gruyere cheese

12 very thin ham slices

Dijon mustard

Directions:





Whisk
together milk, eggs, salt, sugar, and nutmeg in a medium bowl to make the
French toast.
To coat
the bottom of the pan set over medium heat and melt enough clarified
butter in a nonstick skillet. Into the egg mixture, dip a slice of brioche
and on each side let rest for 15 seconds before you transfer it to the hot
pan.
Cook about
2 minutes per side until it turns to golden brown on both sides. Move them
to a wire rack and repeat the same process with remaining bread slices.
Heat
broiler to make the sandwiches. As much Dijon mustard, you’d like, spread
every slice of warm French toast with. With three slices of ham, top each
piece and sprinkle with Gruyere. On a baking sheet, move them.
Until the
cheese is bubbling and melted and ham is toasted, broil them for 2
minutes. Remember: Always keep an eye on the sandwiches as they burn
quickly. Serve them warm.
